We offer 7 days free trial and after that, you have to opt one of our paid subscriptions. Our subscription period is monthly i.e. you will be charged on a monthly basis automatically from your preferred payment method.

Once the subscription becomes active you can not cancel it midway i.e. unless the subscription period is over. However, you can raise a request for the cancellation of subscription before 7 days of expiry to get it cancelled.

If a request is raised within 7 days of expiry then you will be charged for next month too and after that, it will be cancelled.

To cancel the subscription for online auto-debit subscriptions via credit card Goto Billing and click on Manage Plan

then click on Manage Subscription,

Or, you can also access the subscription page by clicking on the wrench icon from the billing page. 

and then select the Update Card,

On the next page, you will find your active subscriptions. Click on the trash icon to cancel the subscription.

Kindly note, your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the period. No refunds will be processed.
