You may receive this error while trying to "Check-In" or "Check-Out" to mark your attendance. Most of the time this error comes because we are not able to access your GPS chip to get your location.

If your location service is switched on and you are still getting this error than it means you are using the Location Service on "Power Saving" or "Balanced" mode.

To correct it, change your Location Access Mode to "High Accuracy" and keep it that way all the time.

On Android 8.1 you can change this setting by going to:

1. Security & Location

2. Privacy

3. Location

4. Mode

5. Select "High Accuracy"

These settings may be different on your device and depends upon the manufacturer.
